Elevation attributed plane

Georock 3D is based on the tridimensional definition of a surface through an elevation attributed plane.

The correct definition of the elevation attributed plane is indispensable as this is a very important data of the analysis.

For this reason is advisable to use appropriate software to generate the elevation attributed plane using triangulation techniques like incremental Delaunay  or anysotropic triangulation.

TriSpace software, made by GeoStru Software, is an appropriate tool for the 3D analysis of the territory, that allows the generation of sophisticated mesh and lots of analysis options, among which the incremental and anysotropic triangulations.

Tridimensional points can be extracted from 3D cartography using G.A.A (Geostru Autocad Applications) and they can be triangulated using dedicated software.

The reading format of the elevation attributed plane is text, every row contains the coordinates of the triangle in a [x,y,z] [x,y,z] [x,y,z] format.
