Distance Measurement
This function activates a mode whereby the length of the line created from the point clicked and the point to which it is dragged is displayed. The mode remains active until the menu item is again selected. The measured distance is reported on the start bar (below the work sheet);

Insert text

Allows to insert text in the work sheet; after you activate this option you'll have to choose the point for the insertion of the text box. Click at one diagonal point, drag the mouse to the opposite diagonal point and click again to record this point. A dialog window opens that allows the text itself, its font type & size and color to be entered;

Changes on an inserted text

Choose the select button and click near the text to amend, then by pressing the right button of mouse you can choose <Text Proprieties> for making the changes.
